Dalla stazione Trastevere partono autobus e tram per tutta la città, e treni urbani diretti per l'areoporto e le principali località intorno Roma. La tipica zona di Trastevere e tutto il centro storico distano 15 minuti a piedi o 5 min. in tram. Normalmente non ci sono problemi per il parcheggio.. Si parla anche inglese e spagnolo. Il prezzo di affitto è di 90,00 euro al giorno (min.2 gg.), oppure di 550,00 euro a settimana,o di 1700,00 euro al mese, più un deposito di 350,00 euro per danneggiamenti. Rent apartment with garden in Rome (Italy) inthe ground floor of a year '30 building, with an indipendent entrance, it's located in the center of Rome, near Trastevere station in a quietful residential area called "Monteverde Vecchio". The dogs in the pictures is not included, but there are a lot of free cats wandering around, your pets will be welcomed. The house is for two people and one children, there is a bed-sofa, tv, vcr, stereo, fan, gas boiler, oven, washing machine, and indipendent heater. There are all the services and shops around, and the huge park of Villa Pamphili you can reach by 10 min. walk. From the station you can get bus for everywhere, and urban trains direct to the airport and to a lot of beautiful place around rome. The typical area of Trastevere and all the historical center of rome is 15 min walk or 5 min by tram from the house. Normally, i n front of the house there are no problem for parking.
